迈向创造真正的健康人Workshop
医学治疗病人时，常常是减轻病症，大多数让病患感到舒服。医学在以往一着重的是物质层面，但近来精神层面
的重要性，已日渐受到重视，强调身心灵的呼声。“冈田式净化疗法”，无侵入性，尊重生命体保有的自我净化
力，同时改善病患病症，带给患者舒服及安心，对于现代医学来说应该有很大的协助。
关于冈田式净化疗法的简介：
冈田茂吉大师花费三十多年的岁月，于1950年完成的治疗疾病之方法。其最大的特征在于 把“疾病”视为“净
化作用”，这在西洋医学与东洋医学自不待言，就是在各种民间疗法的领域中，也是前所未有的观点。近年来经
由医学界的研究，已可了解我们人体是藉由循环，呼吸，消化吸收，内分泌，代谢，神经，免疫等精巧细密的组
织构建，以维持具有“恒常性”的生命。当可能致病物质（毒素）在人体内积留到某种程度时，在危及生命之
前，人体会自然将其排出体外，这就是“净化作用”，藉由此作用，人类才得以维持健康。另一方面，“冈田式
净化疗法”则是在不受痛苦之下，直接将体内积留的病因消除。

“岡田式净化疗法”的原理与方法
健康的真谛是顺应自然和尊重自然。人体具有经常排除污物的清扫作用，我们称之为自然能力。
因为人自出生以来便具有治疗疾病的自然良能力。
所谓“净化作用”是什么呢？
(一) 第一净化作用就是指血液中的种种毒素，在其身体的各部位积留与固结。
集结的部位乃是所有神经集中的地方，以及人体处于静止状态时的下方。
集结的毒素随着时日的经过，会渐渐地硬化，俗称硬块`僵硬和压痛。
(二) 第二净化作用就是第一净化作用的固结，在超过某种程度时，所发生的自然排除作用。
此时，为了使排除容易进行，就有使其液体化的作用，亦即发热。
热度的高低依其固结毒素的性质`软硬`数量及患者的体质而定。
经常在运动后，疲劳的结果往往会发热，这是因为运动有促进净化的作用；
而且，液体化的毒素会透过发汗`咳痰`鼻涕等排泄体外。
“岡田式净化疗法”的方法
来自于人体的发射能是最高级的，这正如古人所说~所谓人乃万物之灵长一般。
人体的发射能是最强而有力，治病力也越来越增大。
施行“岡田式净化疗法”的同时，配合改善饮食习惯。
培养人类精灵的是食物的灵气，培养人类肉体的是食物的体。
每一种能源都是从食物中抽出灵素和体素，
因此，所有食物的的成分都含有人类“生活力”所必需的成分。
因此，最理想的就是尽可能摄取各种新鲜自然食物。

Okada Purifying Therapy is a healing art based on Mokichi Okada’s discovery of the science of life.
The Therapy is based on human spiritual being. This therefore heals people both spiritually and
physically. When the therapy is performed, the three elements: Fire, Water and soil are used. These
elements pervade the universe and transmit from the hands of the practitioner to the patient. This
natural healing power is inherent in humans and produce good result both physically and spiritually.
Participant will learn about:
1. material prosperity does not necessarily lead to happiness.
2. what it means to be a human being, life and death, sickness and health.
3. the spirit conforms to the laws and principles
4. the science of the future would be able to comprehend spirit, and material science
would observe new developments under the name of “spiritual science.”
5. Law of predominance of spiritual element over the physical element, so that what
occurs on the spiritual side is reflected on the physical side and their
interconnections.
